We make use of a CRM platform to facilitate the management of our interactions with suppliers, customers, and potential clients.

Aculab Technologies Collects:

  • Your organisation’s type, address, site, website and number of employees

  • Your name, role and contact details, such as email address and phone number

  • Details of meetings, phone calls, emails, agendas, outcomes, actions, minutes and other documents

  • Questions, comments, queries or feedback from engagement activities

Aculab Technologies collects this data to help us:

  • Develop a comprehensive view of our engagement activity with you and your organisation

4. What’s the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

As we are a business-to-business (B2B) company, we process data primarily on the basis of legitimate interest in accordance with ICO guidelines.

The data you provide is used as would be expected and would have little effect on privacy even if it were accidentally disclosed to third parties.
